AZ Learning Bridge provides one-to-one reading and dyslexia tutoring in Arizona's East Valley. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you fill out our contact or booking form, we receive:
- Your name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional)
- Who the tutoring is for and which city you're in
- Anything you write in your message, which may include details about a child's reading
We don't ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule a consult
- To plan and provide tutoring
- To prepare invoices, including itemized invoices for Arizona ESA funds when you ask
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only when we need to:
- Service providers that run our website, email, and scheduling. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- ESA program administrators, such as ClassWallet, when you ask us to invoice through your ESA account.
- When the law requires it.
Reading settings and cookies
The accessibility options on this site (light or dark theme, reading font, high contrast) are saved in your own browser so they stay in place between visits. They are not sent to us.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and CDNFonts. Like any web server, those services can see your device's IP address when the fonts load. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly receives the details you enter and may set its own cookies; see Calendly's privacy policy for how it handles them. We don't use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics later, we'll update this page first.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for parents, guardians, and adult learners. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. When a parent or guardian tells us about a child, we use those details only to support that child's tutoring.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're in touch with you or working with your family, and as long as we need it for records such as invoices. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you or your child. Email hello@azlearningbridge.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
